Internal Separation of Responsibilities: The company maintains clear separation between client engagement, project oversight, and financial administration to reduce conflicts of interest and operational risk. This structure ensures that no single individual has unchecked control over critical processes.
3. What We Do — and What We Do Not Do
Clarity of scope is essential to trust. We believe our clients deserve to know exactly what to expect from our services.
What We Do
- Act as independent project oversight and reporting agents
- Coordinate communication between clients and third-party contractors
- Monitor progress against agreed milestones
- Ensure contractor compliance with project plans, objectives, and strict deadlines
- Provide documented reports (photos, videos, written summaries)
- Escalate risks, delays, or deviations promptly to clients
What We Do Not Do
- We do not take ownership of client assets
- We do not make material project decisions without client approval
- We do not operate as an investment manager or fund custodian
All execution work is performed by third-party professionals or contractors, engaged either directly by the client or with the client's express consent. We act as your eyes, ears, and trusted representative — not as the executor of physical work.
4. Client Funds & Financial Controls
- 1
No Pooling or Investment: Fiduspal does not pool or invest client funds. Your money is used solely for its intended purpose.
- 2
Upfront Fee Agreement: Fees for services are agreed upfront and documented in writing before any work begins.
- 3
Milestone-Based Payments: Where project funds are involved, payment structures are designed around milestones and evidence of work completed.
- 4
Staged Releases: We encourage the use of staged releases where appropriate, giving you control over fund disbursement.
⚠️ Under no circumstances does Fiduspal claim ownership of client funds or assets.
5. Reporting & Transparency Standards
Clients receive structured updates based on the nature of their engagement. Transparency is not an option — it's our standard.
Reporting Types
- Periodic written reports
- Photo and video evidence
- Live or recorded site updates
- Issue and risk escalation reports
Client Rights
Clients retain the right to:
- Request clarification on any report
- Independently verify project information
- Engage third-party auditors or inspectors at their discretion
6. Client Onboarding & Engagement Model
Our Process
We take time to understand the unique needs of each client, plan the project meticulously, and provide expert advice (consultation services) based on their specific requirements. In most cases, we work with our network of verified contractors or collaborate with contractors provided by the client. Throughout the project lifecycle, we maintain strict monitoring and provide regular updates — weekly, monthly, or as required.
Most of our projects operate on a milestone basis, relieving pressure on clients and allowing them to maintain full control while we ensure all deadlines are met with judicious use of available funds, complete transparency, and full accountability.
Client Pilot Engagement Framework
Initial Consultation
We understand your needs and provide expert advice tailored to your project requirements.
Project Planning
Scope of work, fees, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and documented.
Contractor Selection
We use verified contractors or work with client-provided contractors as preferred.
Project Execution
Strict monitoring with weekly or monthly updates based on project needs.
Milestone-Based Progress
Projects progress on milestone basis, giving clients full control while we ensure deadlines are met.
Completion & Handover
Final documentation, handover, and reconciliation of any outstanding items.
Pilot Engagements: We offer pilot or limited-scope engagements where appropriate, allowing new clients to assess our service quality and reliability before entering longer-term arrangements. This low-risk approach helps build trust gradually.
7. Ethics, Conflicts of Interest & Confidentiality
Conflict of Interest Policy
Fiduspal operates a strict conflict-of-interest disclosure policy. Any potential conflicts are identified and disclosed to clients before they could impact service delivery.
Referral Transparency
Any referral fees or third-party commissions are disclosed to clients upfront. We believe in complete transparency regarding any financial relationships that could influence our recommendations.
Privacy Commitment
Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We treat all client data with the utmost care and never share personal information without explicit consent.
Confidential Assignments
Confidential assignments are treated with discretion and professional care. We understand that some projects require additional privacy measures, and we accommodate such requirements.
Privacy & Security Practices
We take data protection seriously. Here's how we handle your information:
No Data Selling
We do not sell client data. Your information belongs to you and is never monetized.
Privacy Respect
We respect client privacy and handle all information with appropriate confidentiality measures.
Project-Specific Use
Data collection is used solely for the purpose of the project — for example, to identify and connect users/clients with projects, contact them for updates, and facilitate other important communications regarding their project.
8. Dispute Resolution & Accountability
We believe disputes are best resolved transparently and fairly. Our approach prioritizes amicable resolution while preserving your legal rights.
Federal Republic of Nigeria
Dispute Resolution Pathway
✓ Clients are not required to waive their legal rights as a condition of engagement.
9. Termination & Exit Rights
Clients may terminate engagements in accordance with agreed notice terms. We make the exit process as smooth as possible.
Upon Termination, Fiduspal Will:
- Provide all relevant project documentation
- Facilitate handover to the client or a nominated representative
- Account for any outstanding service fees or unused balances (where applicable)
✓ Clients are never locked into indefinite arrangements.
10. Continuous Improvement & Feedback
Fiduspal is a growing company committed to continuously improving our transparency, controls, and service quality. We believe that excellence is a journey, not a destination.
Client feedback is reviewed regularly and used to strengthen our governance framework. Your insights help us become better at serving you and future clients.
11. Verification & Contact
Clients or partners wishing to verify our corporate information or request documentation may contact us directly. We welcome reasonable due diligence and believe informed clients are strong clients.
