Our story began long before our company was incorporated — with a brick moulding machine and a notebook.

Years ago, while working in construction, our founder's father designed and built a bespoke brick moulding machine that produced the blocks used to build his own home. People admired the machine, and they admired the quality of the work even more. Soon, neighbours were asking to borrow the machine — and asking him to supervise their own building projects. He could have charged significant fees. He rarely charged anything. When asked why, his answer never changed:

“Every family deserves a roof over their heads. There is a time for everything. Right now, my time is to help people achieve that dream.”

What people did not realise was that he wasn't just helping families build houses. He was quietly building something far more valuable: a reputation. Every project was meticulously documented — daily site activities, receipts, purchases, contractor records, decisions and the reasons behind every expenditure. At completion, each client received a comprehensive report showing exactly how their money had been used. That level of transparency was rare. People noticed, and people referred. Over the years, this became a trusted network built almost entirely on reputation and word of mouth.

Then the stories started reaching us: Nigerians in the diaspora losing life savings to construction fraud, dishonest contractors and poor oversight. We recognised that the disciplined, documented way of working our clients already trusted could protect anyone delivering a project remotely — not just the families in our community. That conviction became FidusPal. The name joins Fidus — meaning trusted — with Pal, a friend. A trusted friend, looking after your interests when you cannot be there yourself.

In January 2026, we formally incorporated as FIDUSPAL LTD in the United Kingdom to formalise our operations and support our next phase of global growth. The incorporation marked the beginning of a new legal chapter — not the beginning of our experience. The trusted relationships, the delivery model and the standards of documentation that define us today were earned over many years before we ever registered a company.
